Origins: Louisiana State University in 1950s.

Characteristics: Large 3″ red tomatoes.  Meaty tomato but still with lots of juice.  Very popular in the South as it does well in heat and was designated as Louisiana’s official vegetable plant in 2003.  Does well in hot weather.  Indeterminate.  78 days.
